Tandem Marketing Group was formed on May 1, 2000, and has already established itself as a premier agency focusing on Orgill, Moore-Handley, Tractor Supply Company, House-Hasson, Wallace Hardware and other non-big box customers in the Southeast.
The formation of Tandem Marketing Group was a response to the growth at Orgill and Tractor Supply, as well as to the changing needs in the distributor channel. Due to the intense focus on big-box retailers in our industry, sales efforts at our customer base too often end at the buyer's desk. Expertise in the manufacturer's representative community has not kept up either with the growth at Orgill or the diversified areas of sales effort distributors like Moore-Handley, Wallace and House-Hasson must explore to keep themselves and their dealers in business.

Bob Morgan -
With over thirty years experience working with and for hardware wholesalers and manufacturers, Bob has held positions including Territory Salesman, Buyer, and Merchandise Manager. He spent nine years at Orgill, Inc. as their first-ever National Account Sales Representative, implementing programs with 84 Lumber, Home Depot, Builder's Square, and Marvin's, among others. Prior to the formation of TMG, Bob was a Sales Representative for Sales Manager's, Inc.
